• Processing Time: It may take up to 2 business days for your refund request to be reviewed and accepted.
• Usage During Processing: Any usage of the service during these 2 business days will also be included in the pro-rata calculation of your refund.

Calculation of Pro-rata Refund

The refund amount is calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription or service at the time the refund request is accepted.
